Fri 6 Sep, I ordered hake and chips, because I saw a poster on the wall of hake and chips. I waited for more than 45 mins for the food & when the food comes it was nothing like the picture on the wall. The fish was black, very dry and very salty, I couldn't use the fish knife I needed a steak knife. I complained about the food & the waiter referred me to the manager, who came after 20 mins. When he comes, he had an attitude and he said"what is wrong with the food? " & I told him that the fish is dry & salty. He just said ok and left. Waited forever eventually I asked the waiter what was happening & he went to ask the manager, who said he is waiting for the owner to come. I was there at 2 & at 5:30 had to leave. They just decided to take out the fish from the bill without giving me an explanation or even an apology. The manager just disappeared. Came back later & the owner PAUL was there, tried speaking to him, he just said to me was "so you are the one who is always complaining about our food". He said he will come & talk about it & he never did. That is "defamation of character", labeling me that I am always complaining about their food. Attitude of manager & owner was very disgusting n awful
