Non delivery of advertised Groupon Deal

I purchased a Groupon for a 300g rump with a choice of topping for 2 at News Cafe Menlyn Piaza. When I called to make a reservation, I was informed that no reservation is required. When we arrived at News Caf? around 19h00 on Monday evening, 9 Dec 13, the waitress was uncomfortable to serve us after mentioning the Groupon voucher. The manager declared that they cannot provide us with 300g rump as advertised due to the restaurant being fully booked... The 'manager' was only willing to identify himself as 'Adrian' provided the owner's cell number. We called 'Kalo' who undertook to phone the manager and sort something out. Eventually Adrian offered 2x150g rump instead of the 300g-unacceptable! TWO other couples experienced the SAME challenge! The Groves as well as the Ramabulane couple. All were very upset and the manager along with his staff's attitudes just reflected a 'I couldn't care less' message! The Groves bought (and booked) the 9th and 10 Dec (the voucher expires on 10 Dec). To their surprisetheir names "could not be found on the booking list" and they can also not be accommodated on the 10th as as News Cafe Menlyn Piaza is again 'fully booked' The place was EMPTY!!
