I bought a groupon voucher for candish cafe sofia, on emailing them my booking the monday (email found on google search) i had no response. on calling the morning of sat, when i wanted the booking, i left a msg (contact nr given on the groupon voucher) So my bf and i take a drive through, we pop in & advise we'd like to redeem & eat. The waitress says they dnt accept but she will call the manager, YANNI then comes, and gives a long story about how groupon isnt paying them, they are at a loss, they cant redeem, etc, i say okay, i ask him who the owner is of this franchise - he says he is, but this man is so thick i dont believe him. i ask for his businesscard, he goes to get it. i ask the waitress who assures me he isnt the owner. after 10min, YANNI comes bk with a piece of paper, with his nr on, i ask for Richards nr who i found out to be the actual owner. Yanni was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and UNHELPFUL. besides the floors of the restaurant being disgusting sticky, the restaurant being empty - on payday weekend? all the restaurants were cooking, a lady complaining about her food, i wouldnt eat there if i got a years free food. DISAPPOINTING in the least. CAFE SOFIA should be boycotted.
