I placed an order at 1.25pm today and was told that the food would take approximately 25 minutes to be delivered. our offices are walking distance from the store. at 2pm I called to check and was told the driver had left. at 2.15 I called and was told the driver is almost at our offices. at 2.30 I was told that they don't know what happened, I should just wait, it should arrive soon. Hemmingway was very unhelpful to the point of being rude. The driver finally arrived at 2.40 with Steers but gives us the Fishaways slip!!! he eventually "finds" our food which was by then ice cold. I told Hemmingway that the food was ice cold and he said to send it back!!! seriously? after waiting well over an hour for our meal we are told to send it back!
I wish I had as it is rubbery and tasteless!
Last week my colleague waited an hour and a half and ended up with burnt Paella!
