I got back from work and decided to order fishaways, I phoned the bluff branch at about 5.20pm and placed the order, I was told the food will take abt 45min to an hour. At 6.30pm I called to be told they are busy and that the driver must be on his way so I say phone the driver and let me know. I phone again at 6.40pm and was told the driver is on his way. I had ordered 3 of the special with medium hake and chips and a roll. We sit down to eat and the roll is stale and breaks up into pieces when u add butter, any bakery would be proof to they way it. Crumbles when its stale, and the fish batter was rubbery. Hake fish is normally tender wen u slice into it when cooked it us soft, this fish that was delivered u had to chew it like bubblegum before swolling I'm very dissapointed becos I ordered from them before but it was never like this. People now days can't afford to eat out and when we do I would think that the food wud be prepared properly because its very costly. So anyway After all that money wasted ended up wasting the food and going to bed with some muesli and a cup of tes. I would like an answer as why the food was like that.
