My company regularly buys from Debonairs in Lambton and our food is always late. Today the driver arrived more than an hour after i placed the order online - where it says EVERYWHERE that if its over 40 minutes its free. I spoke to Puleng after i had been waiting an hour and she told me she would sort it out. 10 minutes later the driver arrived and i was told to pay or i wouldn't be getting the pizza. I asked about the 40 minute story and the driver just kept saying he would get into trouble if he didn't take the money back with him. i ended up paying just to get him out of my reception area. I am disgusted that not only was my pizza horribly late, it was also cold. Your food is clearly as terrible as the service offered
