Consistantly bad service

Last night I went out to get a quick bite to eat. I always go to Blouberg KFC as its closest one to where I live. I pulled up in the drive through and placed my order. The assistant repeated my order to me. I found it incorrect and had to correct it. Upon paying I was informed that their card facilities was not functional and thus I needed to pay cash. I then requested to speak to the manger as this was not the first time this facility was not working. I adressed the assistant on the name as indicated by her name badge, only to be informed that this was not her own, but someone else's. Luckily I had sufficient funds at my disposal, and after paying I moved on tio the collection window.
Upon recieving my order I found it to be incorrect as well, both the burgers and the cool drinks. Only after the manger intervend, the order was sorted out.

I took me more than 20 minutes to order my food at the drive through. This surely cant be the service that you would want to provide to your clients. Please step it up.
