No delivery - then told that Fishaways is closed

Good day,

I placed an order with Fishaways Grahamstown at about 20:15 PM. After having placed the order, I realised that I did not have enough cash on me. I then phoned and changed the order. I waited for over and hour for my order to be delivered. I spent half an hour trying to call Fishaways to find out where my order was and the phone kept ringing and then giving me the "line busy" tone. When I eventually managed to get through, I was told that the delivery driver had come to deliver my order but that my phone was on voicemail. My phone was on the whole time and I was waiting for their call. It was about 21:30 when I managed to get through to Fishaways and I was then told that they were closed and that I should place an order with Steers. This is unacceptable service. I live in a university residence, If the driver could not get through to me, he could have knocked on the door and asked someone to call me or asked his offices to phone me if he could not get through.
