I have had KFC twice now and paid with my Cheque card, as soon as they swipe my card and I put in my pin, an sms comes through on my phone to say that the transaction has gone through, and at that same time the paper comes out the machine saying " unsuccessful " I am not happy about this because it then becomes my problem to call standard bank which is a call I pay for and it takes about 20 minutes on the phone to reversed the transactions THAT HAVE ACTUALLY GONE THROUGH!!!
KFC is not interested in helping me at all their response is "you have not paid, you can't have your food"
First Time R39.50 (Happened to My Boyfriend's Card)
Second Time R105.00
Third Time R79.50 (which actually went through TWICE)
My point is that if I didn't call reserve the transaction KFC would still have the money, just to think how many people this happens to a month
