On the evening of Friday the 18th of January I went to the KFC at Maponya mall to buy 18 pieces of chicken for the amount of R149.00 but because I didn't have any cash with me I used my card, but I was told the debit card machine is not working but the cashier that assisted me said we can try the card and see if the transaction will go through, unfortunately because she was so desperate to make a sale, she tried the card 4 times in which the machine declined it every time, she also assured me that even if the money gets deducted from my account the transactions will be reversed automatically, that was not true because the money haven't been reversed as up to now, so can your accounts department double check if the money will be reversed from my account or do I have to go physically to the bank or to your store to collect the money, and the chicken was not done and we had to throw it away
