29 of my colleagues & I attended a planned breakfast celebration this morning @ Fego Caffe, Durban North. The manger was given a planned pre order on 03.12.13 for 7:00 sit down breakfast that had to be served latest @ 7:15 sharp 'cos our company opens @ 8:30am. On arrival the manager was not available to greet us & the waiters showed not interest in us. We were only asked our drinks order half an hour later, even though the whole order was pre ordered. At 8:00 we were not yet served drinks & the breakfast was still not started, we were worried as we only had less than half an hour to go back to work. When my manager questioned the waiters, she was sent from one to the other, so she finally asked for the manager, but was told he was too busy. Some of us had to leave, cos we had to open our business premises for customers.By 10:00 the restaurant delivered the pre ordered breakfast packs to our premises & the ladies or the shift manager didn't it neccesarry to apologise for the incident, instead handed the bill & asked for payment. All my colleagues were disgusted as we wanted to celebrate a happy occasion all together, instead had food out of polystyrene packages eating alon
