We took my grandmother to Isabella's for her 90th breakfast this morning. We booked two weeks ago. They were very busy but so is Wimpy and they have better service and staff.
our food took more than 1h. when i received mine - it was cold and with CAPERS which i specifically asked to leave out. our food didn't arrive at the same time. most people were already finished with their breakfast by the time my grandmothers food came. a breakfast is not cheap at Isabellas and definitely not worth it. they forgot the toast with the omelette's and by the time they actually brought the bread (after we've asked 20 times) we wanted to leave. the two waiters then actually started getting grumpy/rude with us. I suppose the manager showed an example because she was even more grumpy than they were.
i will never ever ever go back to that place. what a dissapointment.
