We (4) arrived at this restaurant at around 11h45 on the 07/12/13. We placed our orders for drinks. Almost all of the waiters were at the entrance having a jolly good chat and not bothering about the clients inside waiting for service. Finally, at around 12h15, we were asked if we were ready to order.
I requested the Palermo breakfast meal. To which, I was told that breakfast serve time ended at 12h00. I pointed out that all items for the breakfast was on their menu for pizza's anyway. I requested to see the manager, who was very uncooperative and basically said that he was not prepared to service the Palermo breakfast meal.
We paid for our drinks and left. We got served breakfast at Mugg and Bean with no fuss whatsoever.
