About a week ago we (myself and two coworkers) went to romans centeurion for lunch we've been going there for a year and always order the same thing when we asked for less chilli on the pizza they put more on we had a argument with the manger and we didn't even get a sorry for it or a reguest to sort it out Now we went there again gave them the order asked them to repeat it and they only made to pizza what about the third? They didn't see it The owner went and got it made for us and when handed to us he said sorry (only sorry we got) then we told the manger that i would pay for my own and the other two would be paid by my other co worker when he finaly got it he gave the wrong change and while he was busy with us he just starts helping others and answering phone We were waiting there about 20 min before we got our food and we didn't get a sorry for it either This is the second time this is happened and i wont go back there I've been with them for a long time and this is the worst service i have ever gotten from them Not to mention there was a lady next to us who also but a order in 45min before she got there and the order was wrong and only started with some of it when she got there
