Had a birthday party for my son at the Savannh Spur at Sunward Park. Made a booking and the manager said the portien will be enough for at least 7 - 8 people. Ordered a Platter for 8 people to the value fo R420.00. When we received the platter it was served on a large serving tray and I could phiscally count the portien's served (at least a dozen of each item - chicken nuggets, crumbed mushroom, wings, 6 viennas, 10 ribs, 1 small pizza). Felt embrassed with my guest of 8 adults for the portiened received to the value of R420.00. Had to order another platter so that everyone had enough to eat. With the R840.00 spent on these 2 platters, we could have had a good meal for at least R100.00 for each adult there. Spoken to the Manager on duty and he was not interested in my complaint and said that he will speak to the franchisee about it. Till now, there has been no feedback!
To me this is a total "RIP OFF".
2 weeks ago a friend had his son's party at the Spur at the Glen and ordered the platter for R420.00 and 10 adults ate from it and everyone one was satisfied.
Will not want to go back to that Spur again!!!
