I had my son's 3rd birthday party at Spur Queenswood this weekend. We arrived at 10h00, after 11h00 my husband had to go and look for the waiter. They said he was on his way, we eventually had to go and ask a second time for the waiter. When he arrived we all placed our orders. At half past 11, we had to go and look for the waiter again to ask for our drinks, we still had to wait another 15min. Eventually the food started arriving, except the childrens food. We had to wait another half an hour before it arrived. The kids started eating with the parents as they where hungry.
We have been at Spur Queenswood numerous times, but this has made me really mad. They had -6 kids parties together with the breakfast rush. We did not even get balloons for the kids, we had to ask for their gifts, had to let them wait for their food/drinks.
We were not the only ones complaining as food arrived cold/late. Orders was taken wrongly. You had to ask numerous times for your food/drinks.
This was suppose to be a nice party for my kid, but it did not turn out as we expected.
If i can advice anyone, do not have your kids party there, they do not know what they are doing.
