So last night at about 17:15pm we decide to find a restaurant in the Northriding area as we had no power, we don't usually eat out but thought due to the nature we will make the best of it. We decide to go to Luigi's, we asked the hostess if they had any kiddies books or something for my 3 year old daughter to play with, the response was no. That was fine so I decided to walk to Spar and go and buy my daughter a coloring in book and on the way out of Spar I found my wife very disgruntled as she asked the manager for a bit of pizza doe for Taylor to play with and apparently he told her no and also that they do not serve small milk shakes as Kirsten had asked if we can buy a normal one and then just bring two small ones at different times, this was obviously too much work. Family restaurant- I don't think so. as hospitality and service to me means that we sometimes need to be a bit flexible and have managers that are family orientated instead being rude and full of s? $t. Thanks for turning our evening into a 45 min sit in traffic to the Dros which by the way is a lot more accommodating that your restaurant.
