Every Christmas Eve and throughout the year we visit this restaurant and tonight was the last time we will ever be coming here - coming from a background in the restaurant and hospitality industry myself and knowing full well how things are done in a restaurant! Firstly their waitrons are very badly trained, there understanding and command of English is almost inadequate, they know sweet all about the menu, they know nothing about how to serve - the wait for food is ridiculous as the restaurant was not even full - tables are not cleaned, orders are not placed by the waitrons - WHEN I went to management the old man in the office closed the door in my face, I had to go looking for a manager and when I did find him and complain he just looked at me...
Later on a new manager came to our table, when I complained again she looked like she was not even interested! Sadly this store needs a very big wake up and shake up before they get closed down!!!
