Luigi's Restaurant | Worst Dining Experience Eve

We decided to go to Luigi's restaurant at Riverclub Shopping Centre, Sandton this past Saturday.

Here are the list of things which made this the worst dining experience in my life:
- The person taking our booking demanded our voucher number, even though they were given a printed copy
- Upon arrival, once seated we were asked to get up and move tables so that my daughter's pram would not be in the way
- The restaurant was extremely cramped - it only seats around 40 people, and the Groupon is only valid from 12pm - 3pm
- The waiter took a full 30minutes to take our order, and they did not have what my wanted to eat for her main meal
- Food only arrived 30 minutes later, and the waiter did not bother to check whether we needed anything else or if the food was ok. I asked for Tobasco which they also did not have.
- We finished our meal (nothing special either), and asked for a doggy bag. We were told this is not possible. So, we were expected to leave the food which we paid for. This was not specified on the Groupon. It specified no "No Takeways - Sit Down Only".

Worst experience ever. I will never go back even if the food is free!
