Firstly I would to Compliment the Branch on the newly renovated outlay of the Restaurant with the kiddies play area equipped with tables & chairs for the parents to sit down & enjoy while they could have a look @ their child in the play area... But where the complaint comes in is where you are sent up with the menu & told that there is a waitress @ the area that will be serving you, when you arrive @ the entrance of the area everybody looks @ you as if you something from them & nobody is there to serve you... You choose your seat & look through the menu to choose what you would like to enjoy... After 10 minutes still waiting nobody has still not come to serve you & when you decide to leave all the waiters jumps & runs of to the manager to tell them you are unhappy... Best part when you want to see the manager & reports the situation that happened, the manager doesn't do anything about it... I truly find it highly unacceptable & reason therefore is why is there managers if they don't do anything about the situations reported???
