I went to Dros Canal Walk for the very first time and had the worst experience ever and this for a restaurant located in such a popular shopping mall! The food was absolutely disgusting, I had crumbed calamari which was soaked in oil with crumbs falling off. I was not offered the kids menu when I entered and my daughter had to order a very distasteful burger from the menu. At the bar counter was a drunk women shouting and talking to herself, leaving a rather bad taste in my mouth. This is no family restaurant if the unappropriate behaviour of some of the diners doesnt seem to affect management, becuase no one approached this person the entire time that we were dining there. I am actually shocked at the poor service received and will definitely go left, to Spur, the next time I go to dine out, which is at least a family restaurant with appropriate standards and values.
