Every time that my family and I go to the mall @ Reds McDonalds then we get told to please park in the parking lot and they will bring your food. When I did that I was forgotten and I had to get out of my car the fetch my order which was only one cheese burger and one fish burger.
But that is not the point! Why am I using Drive-thru? CAUSE I DON'T WANT TO GET OUT OF MY CAR!
I've notice that there is a metering system that takes the time for each custom while they wait and the assistance doesn't want it to be longer than some time other wise they get a bad review. WELL here is your review from a regular customer, I will not wait in the parking lot for my food, I will wait UNTIL I receive my full order through the DRIVE-THRU WINDOW.
This is very bad service.
