I was purchasing food at Mcdonalds Springs on Sunday the 17th of June 2013 and was told by the window when I had to collect my food that I should pull my vehicle forward as my order was not ready. Please can Mcdonalds Springs confirm why is that when you go through the Drive-Thru you have to go park in a parking and wait for your food. What is the purpose of a Drive-Thru?? This happens on a continuous basis!!
