I went to the McDonald's in Klerksdorp, 21 December, going through the drive-thru. I ordered my food, 4 McRoyal meals and one happy meal, and paid. When I to the pickup area, they told me to wait in the parking area. Why do I have to wait in the parking lot for my food, when I went through the drive-thru? The lady at the window got her supervisor and she told me that the ONE happy meal, a chicken burger will take a while toe make. How so? At the end they took a half an hour to make one small chicken burger? And they had the decency to be rude and tell me to just take it and leave when I asked why it took so long. I was using your drive trough service, which is supposed to be faster then buying food inside the restaurant. At the end the people that was behind me got their food 15 to 20 minutes before us. And you are yelling at me because you can't do you job? This is unacceptable, This is not how you treat any paying customer. I wouldn't recommend going to this eating place to anyone.
