Drive through at 18:05 on Saturday night 27/07/2013. Ordered a share box BEEF - made sure they made it Beef as they got it wrong the previous week - and 1 Happy Meal Chicken Burger and Chips with Coke.
After paying for the meal, which they are quick and eager to take your money, got to the next window to collect and I get told to wait in a parking. Explaining to them that this was a drive-through I would not move and wait for my food instead, they insisted I park in a parking - which I did. 20min later still no food, as I was getting out my car they rush towards me with my food. On checking find the Happy meal is a cheese burger and corn!!!
Take it back to the window, get told it is a new packer working and my food will be with me within the next min or so. Well after 10 min of waiting I storm inside, ask for the manager, who dawdles up to the desk, starts speaking to her cashier and ignores me. I then raise my voice and ask where the chicken burger and chips are and get told they are so sorry. Got my burger 2min later, and they said it was correct. Got home only to find it was a beef cheese burger. Come on you got to be kidding me. Vincent Macdonalds!!!
