This has happened on so many occasions, I go to the Drive thru, order, pay and then asked to go and park and they will bring me the food. Twice I have been forgotten about and had to go into the Mac Donalds to get my drive thru order. I now REFUSE to move the car. Why is the food not ready, if one has to wait then it should not be on the menu of the drive thru. I am consistently disappointed with Mac Donalds. Burger King where are you.
