Most Digusting service ever received

After a long stressfull working day, having not eaten anything, my first meal was going to be a KFC from Comaro crossing. After a patient wait in their long drive through queue, only to get to the window and after paying for my meal, i get told that there is no more chicken and i would have to wait 11 minutes in a designated waiting area. I couldnt be given a receipt as they had no receipt roll. Anyway without a word, i drove, i parked and waited in my car in the rain. What should have been 11 minutes now turned into half an hou, eventually i decided to go in and enquire as to why it was taking so long, only to be welcomed by attitude Sharon (shift supervisor), who asked me to wait while she went to go check why the chicken was taking so long and never returned to give me an answer, instead i was left to wait again back in my car with no chicken, after 5 minutes of dying of hunger, i could not wait anymore. i went back in and ask for a manager and was then referred Grace (another shift supervisor) who was not interessted in assisting me, After the unfriendly service and long wait, i took my refund and asked for a complaint line, please contact me for more information..URGENT
