Ordered a family treat 8 piece meal at the drive-through in strand. We were told that the wings were still being prepared and were asked to wait 2mins, we ended up waiting about a half an hour. When we got home after a long day of work it would have been nice to eat.. I opened the box of chicken and there were only 5 pieces of chicken.
We then drove back to strand all the way from Gordon's bay, and I spoke to the manager and she quickly sorted out the problem.
When we got home relieved that we could sit down and eat, I opened the box of chicken and the top piece of chicken's skin was pulled off..
I have never been so turned off by kfc that I couldn't even finish my food wondering what else they might have done with that chicken apart from taking the skin off! I am so nauseated at this moment!
