Where's my roll Nando's?

I went to the leaping frog Nando's for the first time yesterday. I ordered a 1/4 chicken chips and a ROLL; another 1/4 chicken and a starter livers and a ROLL. All with extra sauce. I was told that the order would be 6-8 minutes. 20 minutes later and I was still waiting. All the other customers served and gone and 1 guy after me served and gone. I went to inquire what was taking so long. The staff at the tills turned their back to me and muttered it takes long (or something to that effect). I asked again and was again pretty much ignored. No apology or that they are checking. Just turned their back to me and continued to talk amongst each other. I called for the manager and he also asked them why it was taking so long... they didnt even respond to him properly. Eventually after about 25 minutes I got my order. Needless to say I left cos the attitude in that Nando's is poor. And the icing on the cake... when I got home there was only 1 roll which was STALE and no extra sauce in anything. I complain a lot about poor service from nando's because they used to be the only 'fast food' worth eating but since the service is so bad these days I will have to find an alternate.
