Terrible service

I was in a very long queue, and when I went to buy, I had to ask, after seeing many people taking their receipts and sitting, if there is chicken. It was going to take 10 minutes before it was ready and I said yes I'll wait.
I waited exactly 26 minutes before getting my food.
I asked for "Chilli salt" and I was told there was chilli salt inside. I said, I'm sure there is 2 or 3 sachets and was told yes, as "There is a customer allocation". I did not want any tomato sauce or pepper but was given.
1. I had to ask what is the hold up and I was just told I'll have to wait 10 minutes and I waited 26.
2. Since when did we get allocation and you as KFC know what we want?
3. There was no manager to answer for all of the mess that this delay had cost to us.

If you still want some of us to keep buying kfc, please rectify your service and please tell me if we have an allocation? Chilli salt is a huge factor of why I buy kfc and if I can't get 3 for myself, believe me, I will stop purchasing.

No manager, no chicken, no mini-loaf (which is a cross-sell product), few soft drinks and no queue management!
