I was at the Keg and Legend today and the service was really poor. I ordered a Kegasaurus burger which I usually enjoy at other kegs. This burger took about 30 mins to be made and it is the worst burger Ive ever had. It was flavourless and soft and after receiving my meal i was left alone for about 25 mins without a single person coming to enquire if i needed anything else. I told the manager that I was disappointed with the food and the service all round. The manager then decides to reprimand the staff right in front of me which was very unprofessional. She should have just apologised and sorted out her staff privately. What makes the service especially poor is that I was the only person in the entire indoor section and still received such poor service. I was offered a free drink as compensation which I declined. I would rather not eat at such a bad establishment again then get free meals and drinks.
