I ordered a Wicked Zinger Box meal yesterday at 2 Parthenon Street (drive-thru), I checked my order & found dat da burger in my box meal was NOT a Zinger. I wud know da difference as I buy the burger more than OFTEN.
I got off my car & went back to the window where I received my order. I informed the assistant dat I had received the wrong burger. He looked at the burger & said that it was the right burger (1). I then opened up the burger & showed him the WHITE sauce, a Zinger burger has an ORANGE hot sauce. He insisted dat it is the Zinger burger & the Zinger sauce is now WHITE. (2). A Zinger burger is meant to be HOT as your online advertising clearly states that the box meal " Hot Zinger Burger, 4 Hot Zinger Wings..."
I asked 4 da manager. Veronica was called. She approached me with a stubborn face simply said dat the Zinger burger comes with a white mild sauce and if I wanted the Zinger sauce I should have specified! I said to her that I bought a Zinger burger the day before & this was not the case. She said that the change was implemented last year (3) and once again I should have asked for the Zinger sauce when placing my order!...
