I have been to Burger King Cape Town twice and their customer service is not up to scratch. The first time I was there I bought my son a kiddies meal. After about 20 mins they brought the meal but without the toy. They informed me that they needed to fetch the toy from the store room. I waited so long that by the time the toy arrived by son had already finished his meal.

Then last night, I once again went to Burger King to buy 2 burger (not meals) and a kiddies meal. My sales slip showed the time as 16h57... I eventually received my meal at 17h50... 7 mins short of an hour. People who placed ordered after me received their meals way before me... I eventually had to ask one of the staff to check the progress of my order.

I find their service unsatisfactory and not even an apology was offered to me
