Nando's at Appleby Centre, Malibongwe drirve, drive through, 3 cars ahead so thought this should be quick. Placed order at window and then waited 40 mins to go anywhere, 3 cars behind me so could not reverse, 3 cars ahead. after 10 mins my sister got out went to order window to find out what the problem was and was told they would investigate. Did the at the window not notice that cars were not moving?? 10 mins later sister got out and went round the corner to the receiving window to find out what the problem was and was told to get lost. Cars started hooting to no avail. I called and asked to speak to the manager, Bernard, when I asked what the hold up was he was not aware of it and then proceeded to tell me that some guy had refused to place an order at the window and went straight to the pickup window where he started placing a large order. He then refused to move from the line. When I tried to query Bernard on why he did not just close the pick up window and get staff to bring orders to waiting cars, he refused to listen to me and kept talking over me all the time. I eventually asked him 4 times whether I could get a word in at all. MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER
