I was at Mcdonalds Kuils River on Tuesday evening and well there were a few things that got me upset this time around.
First i go through the drive thru, and i order a Double cheeseburger and a Hot chocolate. I get told very bluntly that there is no hot chocolate in the drive through even though i bought one there 2nights prior using the drive thru. I am told that i have to come inside to order the Hot Choc.
When i get inside it takes about10minutes to serve the a couple who are the only other 2customers in the store ahead of me in the queue. Then after standing at the till for maybe a minute - a minute maybe 2minutes my presence is finally acknowledged. I place the order and to my amazement the lady at the till walks over to the Drive thru window to make my hot chocolate. Which upset me so much as i was just told that they dont have it there, not too mention that i had to order the Double cheeseburger again even though i already ordered it at the drive through.
To my not so much of a surprise when i leave i am treated to a double cheese burger containing a single slice of gherkin. Seriously?!
This is not the first time this has happened to me and i fear it wont be the last!
