Menu's placed after drive through intercom

Just a suggestion:

My husband and I went to Benoni McDonalds last night. We placed our order at the drive-through intercom. As we proceeded to the next window to pay, we noticed another menu with some items that we would rather have had instead of what we originally ordered. When we arrived at the window to pay we asked if we could change our order and were told no, we could not change our order. (Pity, because it would have meant more money for McDonalds) My suggestion is to place all the menus before the drive-through intercom. Why have a menu placed at a spot where you can only see it after you have already placed your order at the drive-through intercom, and then you are not allowed to change your order?
