I am referring to the KFC c/o O'reilly Merry and 2nd street. Last Saturday my order was incomplete with a missing 500ml coke. Tonight I ordered a wicked zinger box meal, but received it with a colonel burger in? What's happening, do we have to check everything we buy from now on to ensure we receive the correct stuff? Or is it just that their staff is incompetant? Have you ever seen that you need to check that your burger has the right sauce on before you leave? No, 'coz the staff has to give you exactly what you've paid for. And to drive all the way back to the KFC just to give them the wrong burger with a bite off is firstly waste of money and secondly humiliating. If this is the service that I can expect from them, then forget about me as a customer!!
