Unbelievably bad service at KFC N1 City

So after many bad encounters with the dismal KFC N1 City branch, I decided to give it one last try.
I ordered a colonel burger, regular coleslaw and a Fully loaded box meal with zinger wings instead of normal wings.
The cashier didn't quite understand what I wanted.
It took another cashier to explain what it was that I wanted.
So they rang up a wicked zinger box meal with a Colonel burger, another Colonel burger and a coleslaw. The cashier then drifted off into a deep daydream whilst there was another customer waiting to be served. I politely told her that there was another customer that was to be served, and she served that customer immediately.
Once my food was ready I was presented with a wicked zinger box meal only.
I asked where my extra rounder and coleslaw was. I was asked to present my slip and then conveniently the original cashier came around the corner with the burger and coleslaw. When I got home and ate the burger I found that it was indeed a zinger burger and not a colonel burger!!! I can handle incompetence on occasion, but this level of service has become the NORM at the KFC N1 City. I've been dissapointed too many times and will never go back there ever again.
