I arrived at 16:45 at Northern Drive Kfc only to find the doors closed with no reason or signage indicating why. I then had to drive in an opposite direction to the Phoenix Main branch. I had a 15 min wait to place the order followed by a 10 min wait to receive my meal. I Ordered 2 Wicked Box Meal - ZInger which had rounder up sauce, After calling the store and speaking to Dennis (Manager) All he could say was " I am Sorry ". Is this the incompetence that a customer has to put up with on a regular basis while still forking out the full price on a meal that does not meet the customer request. This was not my first instance and doubt it will be the last. Had it not been for my 3 year old son and his love for KFC I would never put up with this ongoing drama. Apparently a zinger burger does not come with chilli sauce unless requested. Why would you call it a zinger if it has no ZING, rather call it a wicked box meal - Colonel.
