Went for dinner! Expecing to have an enjoyable evening with my husband and kids! Ordered full size meals one which happened to be a special. I had a taste of my husbands rib and when he asked our waiter Nicole for a top up, she says well actually you shared so you don't qualify! We left it at that! A few minutes later a manager arrives at our table to find out what our problem was, we were astonished cos we never complained! Cos when the waiter walked away we were so shocked at her tone of voice and attitude we said to each other this will be our last visit here! The manager did not need to intervene she made it worse with her nonchalant attitude! She then offered a top up but we declined cos the evening at this point was ruined already! We were made to feel uncomfortable! And as if we were trying our luck! We both ordered full portions! We never 'shared' a meal! We were regulars at that spur! Even hosted a 3k Bday party for my son there! Well spur blue route the way you treated us tonight we sure as won't be returning! We would have left quietly and not returned but you belittled us and ruined an evenig we were so looking forwrd to!
