Incomplete Food Order - Half of Burger Missing

Yesterday myself and my husband stopped at our KFC in Kabega Park in PE for lunch. We ordered (x1) tower burger meal and (x1) zinger burger meal with 4 zinger wings which came to R113. The food took a while, which already ticked me off, as there was only 1 customer with me inside and no cars at the drive through so what was taking so long. Then they call my order and I fetch my food, they repeated to me what I placed - I took my order and was on my way. Why must one check, double check and re check when you should have competent staff in the 1st place to avoid mishaps?? Upon getting home, I found that my zinger burger had to zinger sauce on AT ALL, was bone dry and the bun was missing!!! the chef threw a piece of chicken into the box with a tomato on top and called it a burger! I hit the roof. went back to show the manager who is called Siphokazi I think. I asked her is this what she considers to be a burger, would she accept this as her order? She laughed it off with the chef, didnt give him and gave it back to me with a bun. That was that! and to top it all off, they did not give me the 4 zinger wings I asked for niether.

Such shcking service! never will I return!
