I love my KFC I really do, which is why I continue to support them, however on Friday (15th November) I had an unfortunate incident
I was double charged for a meal and I think the person assisting me with my order was aware that there was a problem with that specific speed point but she continued
Any way Just when the amount was processed the speed point switched off however I got an sms notifying me that the money went off my account but they still insisted it has not gone through on their side now
After arguing that the money for the initial meal has gone through they decided to make me use another speed point for the same meal and I made another purchase & it went off my account as well
Eventually I was called at the back and advised that it will reflect by Monday by one of your sweet stuff and I didn't have a problem and I even cracked a joke that if my bank statement is right then KFC will refund my bank charges
Out of nowhere Elizma Kruger raised her voice telling me that they won't pay for that as the error appears to be my bank even though there are 2 banks involved and a faulty speed point she was already putting this on me i was offended by this from he
