Feedback and time line

I have applied for a speed point a while ago at the meyersdal branch and the person by the name Kagiso came and brought me the contact to sign ect... i was told it will take up to 6 working day as it is far more than that.
I have phones so many times and still getting no where with this.
i will never prefer FNB as a speed point service to any business after this experience.
