On Thursday, 14 November 2013, at around 17h50 we ordered 2 Mexican Burger meals, 1 Chicken burger meal and 1 extra small chips. We repeat the order twice and guess what? They get it wrong (AGAIN!!). They only give us 1 Mexican burger meal. I think it is because the lady who assist us was way too busy with a conversation in her own language with someone else! She did not listen to my husband and because of her action, we have to go back all the way to get the order right. This is now the third time it happened at the same McDonalds (Kolonnade/Montana). I will never support them again. They only cause inconvenience to the customers. It is not nice to get home and discover they overcharge you because half of the order is not in the paper bag.
