The staff are very rude and unhelpful at the Lenasia trade route mall Telkom direct shop.
Additionally, almost every time i go there on a weekend they claim their systems are down and cant help me. Is there no manual way to help a customer considering their systems are almost always down?!? or are the staff just too lazy to do anything!
