I'm very displeased with the service of KFC Trade Route mall. It seems there is no concern for customer service. I always receive bad service when I go there. Its either the service is very slow yet there is numerous cashiers standing around yet only 2 tills are operational, then after standing in a que for ages and when you finally get to the till, you get told they can't accept debit cards and I have to wait for the next cashier.
Today I went to buy food, I bought a kiddies meal for my daughter which I knw comes with a toy as well but I was nt given one and yet I asked the lady where is the toy and she said its in the box, so I took her word for it but when I got home there was NO toy in it. Surely I paid for it as part of the meal!!
