About a month ago I was on vacation at Mosselbay. I visited KFC at Da Nova on two occasions. During the first visit and using the Drive Thru facility I encountered very slow service.
During my second visit I was the only customer and at the ordering window I had to wait about five minutes before I could place my order whilst two staff members were busy with some sort of conversation.(I could not understand what it was about because of their language)
After I eventually placed my order I moved forward to the collection point and there I also had to wait some time.
When I complained about their bad service she paid no attention, turned her back and walked off, obviously not interested in my complaint.
I feel that this type of behaviour and service is not acceptable and very unproffesional.
