Terrible customer service

I visited KFC In Milnerton at 22h20 6 September 2013. When I got to the drive through there was no attendant at the window where we needed to place a order. We then moved to the next window. The attendants name was Fundiswa who did not even greet and just said there is no chicken and we have to wait. So we told her we have not ordered yet as no one was at that window.

She says customer like doing that saying there is no one there and not matter what we were trying to say to convince her that we wouldn't just drive past where we suppose to order, she was just not giving us a chance to speak and implied we where lying and told us to get out of the car and go inside to place the order.

We then asked for person in charge, she came back saying that he/she was busy. This was a shock, after we said we won't move our car someone came to take our order when we asked her who was in charge she said she was. When we told her our grievance she said she will deal with it and apologised. But to fundiswa it was like she did nothing wrong.

She didn't' acknowledge us as customers, had no customer service ethics and her attitude was very bad. I will think twice before I visit them again.
