On the 01/06.2013 i visited your east rand mall branch, i arrived at your drive through at 18:40 i paid for my order at 19H00 i then recieved my order at 17:15. if this is your idea of how a drive through should operate i feel sorry for the franchise, rather term yours park and wait, so if you read the times above you will come to the conclusion that it took over half an hour to get my order, when i asked what the problem was, the "manager" told me they are busy, well hello its the end of the month you should be, being in production myself it it obvious that month ends are busy, the mickey mouse instititute teaches this to toddlers. i was then informed by Mr production manager himself that his screen showed that i had only been waiting for 15 min, really is that acceptable to nandos, so if i have been waiting in the que for 2 days then get to the front and place my order and recieve it in 2 min that is seen as good service by nandos. your service is a joke and your food is over priced.personally i will never visit your restuarants ever again. please dont contact me, i want nothing further to do with nandos, and by the looks of the complaints on hello peter you are in big trouble.
