We arranged a farewell get-together at buena vista and made supper booking for 7:15 pm. Firstly, The vibe was constant droning loud noise - not music (you have to shout next to the person right next to you) and the venues so so dark that you can't read a menu. our waitress wasn't able to get get the drinks correct, was unfamiliar with the menu and clearly a trainee and not able to handle a table of 10 . She was snippy with retorting remarks left the menus all over the table and wanted to dictate when it was appropriate for us to order what and when. eventually half the table were leaving. The manager on duty enquired to the problem? he pretended to care and promptly disappeared for over 20 minutes! On his return he seemed not concerned that food was served incorrectly and half the table had walked out!...we finally decided to leave. the manager on seeing us ready to leave cowardly hid away again... incompetent staff, night club atmosphere minus real music. slapdash nachos as 1/2 price on mondays... so if want noise darkness, no customer service, below par food then head over to buena vista!
